This camera is a major advance, it allows the use of the modern AI lenses.
Production stopped in 1979, when its position in the product range was officially taken by the Nikon FM.
Condition details:
Cosmetic: Heavy wear to the exterior and loss of the black coating consistent with handling. No dents or major damage.
Optical: Viewfinder is clear and free of marks, debris and other imperfections.
Mechanical: The film advance lever does not spring back fully and is a little sticky.
Electrical: A little corrosion to the battery contacts. Meter is working and responds to light, though has not been calibrated.
Light seals: Light seals are usable. They maybe sticky or slightly crumbling, but they are usable.
