By placing an order you agree to the Terms and Conditions as below. Your Statutory Rights are not affected.

Pricing

All prices on the website are in GBP. UK economy shipping is included. International and express services are not included.

VAT

NEW equipment VAT will be listed on the invoice and is reclaimable.

USED equipment is sold under the Margin scheme and no VAT line will appear on the invoice or is reclaimable.

Prices and Stock Availability

Prices and stock are subject to Stock Availability.

On occasion there is a pricing or stock error. In this instance we will contact you as soon as the error is noticed. You will be given either the correct price, an alternative product or a full refund.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery costs are calculated on our website based on your shipping location and weight. To get an accurate quote please add the products to the cart and start the checkout process. If the postage cost seems too high or low, then please contact us letting us know what you would like to purchase and where it should be shipped to.

Orders are generally shipped next working day. On occasion shipping may be delayed, for example a fault with the product is identified during the pre-shipment quality inspection.

Shipping time will be determined by the service chosen. We only issue refunds for lost items when the courier considers the item lost, which can be six weeks after the expected delivery date.

Warranties

NEW equipment comes with the manufacturer’s warranty and is subject their ‘Terms and Conditions’. Your Statutory Rights are not affected.

USED equipment comes with a 3 month warranty. Unless ‘sold as seen’ or stated otherwise.

If products are suspected to be faulty you must contact us via email. We will assist with a diagnostic procedure. It may then be necessary for you to return the product to us or our repair agents ensuring including a summary of the fault. The item will then be repaired. In the event that it cannot be repaired we may choose to replace it with a similar product.

The warranty does not cover damage or misuse. For example impact damage, lens cleaning marks,., water, salt, sand or fungus.
