    Description

    Description:
The sixth generation was release in February 1958, at the Leipzig Trade Fair, with the name "Praktina IIA". The body is very similar to the FX body but inside there are important improvements. The shutter has now geometric speed settings from 1" to 1/1000", the camera has the fully automatic diaphragm control of the new automatic (ASB) lenses and for the flash synchronization there is only one flash socket for FP-F-X made via a selector lever placed under the rewind knob. The new Flexon 2/50mm, quickly renamed Pancolar, replaced the old Biotar 2/58 and a meter prism viewfinder was released for all Praktina cameras.
