Otto Klemperer's Wagner is legendary for its monumental grandeur, and this double-disc EMI Classics set — recorded with the Philharmonia under producer Walter Legge in the late 1950s and early 1960s — captures that vision at its finest. From the intimate Siegfried-Idyll to sweeping excerpts spanning ten operas, these remain reference interpretations. Allan Ramsay's remastering ensures the sound holds up admirably.

This is a used CD. The disc and case have been inspected and are in good condition. Broken or damaged jewel cases will be replaced before dispatch.
