Optical: The optics are good. Free from scratches and fungus.
Mechanical: Fully working.
Dust/Haze: A little haze. Not enough to worry about or cause a problem to a photo, but more than when it was new. It is visible when looking obliquely at the lens when shining a bright light through it.
