Description

Description:
Magazines made between 1955 and 1968 and serial numbers CC20000 to TR132999 are type ‘C’ magazines. The first type was made for the later part of the 1000F production and SWA.SW from 1955-1957. They have serial numbers generally up to 35000 and have the ‘two hole’ film door. For cameras produced between 1957-1968, the film magazines differ externally only the design of the film door, being the later ‘one hole’ design. Both these types of C magazines are usable on any V-System camera made. All are chrome, there is no standard production of black. This back has a matching insert. Backs and inserts were finely adjusted as a pair at the factory, to ensure a perfect image. The inserts were marked with the serial number so that they could be identified.
