Hasselblad 2001 A12N A12 film magazine back (30212). Condition - 4E [3942].
Short Description
'A12N' is not a factory designation, but one that is used to distinguish between the early and later versions of the A12 back.
In 1984 a number of changes were made to improve then:
- the film insert has a single steel arm to retain both spools
- the release button has a '12' on it
- 'made in Sweden by Victor Hasselblad' was added to the side plate
- film speed reminder is now a slot, rather than a fold down door which was often damaged
In 1997 a further change was made that is very noticeable and somewhat overdue - a built in darkslide holder was added!
