Hasselblad B50 Softar II Filter in Black (50520). Condition - 5E [2332].

The Softar filters are plastic lenses with convex diffusion elements over the face of the filter. The provide a better softening effect than most diffusers, which simply dull the lens resolution. They were made in three grades, I, II and III. Available in both chrome and black. The Chrome versions were made between 1966 and 1974, and the black versions after 1974.
