Optical: The optics are good. There are slight cleaning marks or scratches. These will not affect its optical performance.
Mechanical: Slow aperture blades. Blades seem to be relatively oil free, so it is the mechanism that needs a lubrication.
Dust/Haze: A little internal dust and haze. This is typical and expected for a used lens of this age. Lens are not sealed units and will exchange are with the outside environment. Image will not be affected.
