Included: Mounted in a Toyo lens board. Can be mounted on any lens board using the moutning ring that screws onto your lens board.
Cosmetic: Light wear.
Optical: The optics are very good. There are very minor cleaning marks or scratches. No debris or fungus.
Mechanical: Working. Shutter speeds seem a little quick, may want to check and adjust your choice during use.

(Signs of light use, but not misuse. No other cosmetic damage.)
