‘A12N’ is not a factory designation, but one that is used to distinguish between the early and later versions of the A12 back.
In 1984 a number of changes were made to improve then:
– the film insert has a single steel arm to retain both spools
– the release button has a ’12’ on it
– ‘made in Sweden by Victor Hasselblad’ was added to the side plate

The insert is not marked with a serial number, so we cannot tell if it is matching or not.
Condition details:
Cosmetic: Moderate wear to the exterior. Slight shrinkage to the vinyl.
Optical: Light seal is light tight.
Mechanical: Fully working. Strong and no damage.
