Hasselblad C Distagon 40mm T* Lens (20036). Condition - 4C [4276].

First introduced in 1967 this lens was the first lens to have a black barrel. In 1973 a T* version of the lens was introduced. This is a later lens and has the T* multi-coating. This is an very nearly equivalent viewing angle to a 'super wide' Hasselblad camera, with the 38mm Biogon lens. It is a heavy lens and weighs nearly 1.5kg. The front lens element is particularly large and takes 104mm size filters. This item has just been professionally serviced. It is supplied with an extended six month warranty.
