Hasselblad B50 50mm Softar II filter (50520). Condition - 5E [2231].

The Softar filters are plastic lenses with convex diffusion elements over the face of the filter. The provide a better softening effect than most diffusers, which simply dull the lens resolution. They were made in three grades, I, II and III. Available in both chrome and black. The Chrome versions were made between 1966 and 1974, and the black versions after 1974. Optical: Filter is in good condition though it may have minor cleaning or other marks. These will not affect the image. Cosmetic Condition: 5 (Complete, but showing signs of normal use or age.)Functional Condition: E (Everything functioning. Major functions have recently been professionally tested.)
