An excellent double gauss lens, like a Zeiss Planar, which provides exceptional sharpness. has a built in lens hood.
This lens has a a single cams, making it suitable only the original Leicaflex SLR cameras.
Leica R lenses have three different types of cam arrangement. The can be grouped as:
1) Original Leicaflex
2) Leicaflex SL and SL2
3) Leica R models from R3 onwards
Included:
Lens shade, Leica filter, retaining ring, lens cap and a damaged bubble case.
Condition details:
Cosmetic: Moderate wear to the exterior. No dents, major scratches or other damage. Missing the red leica dot, on the aperture scale.
Optical: The optics are good. There are some cleaning marks or scratches. These will not affect its optical performance.
Mechanical: All focusing/aperture controls are smooth. Aperture blades are fast and free from oil. No dents or dings.
Dust/Haze: A little internal dust and haze. This is typical and expected for a used lens of this age. Lens are not sealed units and will exchange are with the outside environment. Image will not be affected.
