    First introduced in 1967 this lens was the first lens to have a black barrel. In 1973 a T* version of the lens was introduced. This is a later lens and has the T* multi-coating.

    This is an very nearly equivalent viewing angle to a ‘super wide’ Hasselblad camera, with the 38mm Biogon lens. It is a heavy lens and weighs nearly 1.5kg. The front lens element is particularly large and takes 104mm size filters.

    This item has just been professionally serviced.
    It is supplied with an extended six month warranty.
    Included:
    Leather case and both caps.
    Condition details:
    Cosmetic: Light wear.
    Optical: The optics are excellent – free from all scratches, debris and fungus.
    Mechanical: Shutter speeds are all working and accurate. Self timer (yes one is inside the lens!) is working. Aperture blades are fast and free from oil.
    Dust/Haze: Almost perfect. A tiny amount of internal dust/haze, which is visible when shine a bright light through the lens. Image will not be affected.
    Cosmetic Condition: 4
    (Signs of light use, but not misuse. No other cosmetic damage.)
    Functional Condition: C
    (Everything functioning. Recently professionally cleaned, lubricated, overhauled and fully guaranteed.)
