    This is an upgrade to the normal 50mm Distagon lens.

    Lauched in 1982, it includes a ‘floating lens element’ group, which offers significantly close focusing allowing focusing of 50cm to be achieved without extension tubes. A separate focusing ring is fitted to adjust the floating elements. In addition, it has a smaller maximum aperture (f32) and is slightly shorter in length.


    Included:
    Front and rear lens caps. Instruction leaflet.
    Condition details:
    Cosmetic: No wear to the exterior. Even the filter mounting bayonet is showing very little wear. The painted lettering is 100% undamaged.
    Optical: The optics are excellent – free from all scratches, haze, debris and fungus.
    Mechanical: Shutter speeds are all working and accurate. Aperture blades are fast and free from oil.
    Dust/Haze: A little internal dust and haze. This is typical and expected for a used lens of this age. Lens are not sealed units and will exchange are with the outside environment. Image will not be affected.
    Cosmetic Condition: 3
    (Very minimal signs of wear.)
    Functional Condition: E
    (Everything functioning. Major functions have recently been professionally tested.)
