Canon 7s rangefinder camera with rare 0.95 50mm lens. The incredibly bright f0.95 ‘Dream Lens’, as it’s known, has a far wider aperture than standard lenses.
There is some slight oil on the aperture blades. There is no haze to the optics. A service can be arranged to have the blades cleaned. Please enquire.
Condition details:
Included (might not be in photographs): Shoulder strap and original Canon front lens cap.
Cosmetic: Excellent, with minor signs of wear due to age including some wear on the focusing ring.
Optical: Excellent. No scratches, cleaning or other marks. A couple of very, very very minor marks to the coating. The lens is 98%, not 100%.
Mechanical: Fully working. Focusing is smooth. Some oil on the blades but they are full working.
Electrical: Cds light meter does not work. We have tried a new battery and it does not respond.
Dust/Haze: A very small amount of dust. Free from haze or fungus.
Light seals: Light seals are very good. They are showing some signs of age, but they are not sticky or crumbling.
Graded: Excellent Plus
