There have been several variations of the Polaroid 100 back since it was first introduced in 1975. The early versions have a metal closer and the later versions have a moulded plastic closure.
Takes Polaroid 80 film.
Introduced in 1997, the Polaplus was an improvement over the previous instant film backs:
– has a click ‘stop’ to allow the darkslide to be partially withdrawn so that it does not cover the film, but does not leave the back
– a safety catch ensures that the darkslide is replaced before the back can be removed from the camera
Takes Fuji FP100C instant film.
